That's right, drop your buffs, you are now one tribe.
Now we also have the matter of Dead Man's Island to handle. The next challenge that happens will give the 3 remaining survivors a chance to reenter this game. Only the 3 people on DMI and the defenders will take part in the next challenge. If the defender wins they will receive a prize for their efforts, if the DMI player wins, they will be reentering the game.
Here is what will happen. In your new merged tribe camp there will be a poll and you will be voting 3 people into the challenge as defenders to prevent Candice, Boo and Courtney from reentering the game. The 3 people with the highest number of votes will be the ones going into the challenge as defenders. In the event of a tie, those names will be entered and selected randomly. Benry, Amanda and Nate will not be able to return as defender again but you will still vote in the poll.
Once that challenge in complete everyone, including any returning DMI players will head immediately to tribal council where someone will be sent home.
